Generally, it is only for patients on a carnivore, keto or low card diet as conditions and aging are not as manageable on a standard western diet or a vegetarian / vegan diet for Dr. Abs.

With an initial consultation that lasts up to 30 minutes, Dr. Abs can begin the process of improving your skin by assessing:

After this, written contact through messaging is maintained to keep on refining the regime over time after testing your skin with ingredients to find potential issues and breakthroughs. By maintaining contact, gone are the days that require the patient to remember everything that was said and to keep paying for more appointments as the skin changes over time. Please note that this is not continued video calls indefinitely - it is an intial video call followed by written contact.

This is very important because as skincare regimes are changed, the underlying skin changes alongside and the treatment of it needs refined care as a result. This service is for as long as you require supervision. After your skin goals are met, it is your choice to continue or simply to maintain the regime and skin with your newfound knowledge. Amendements or upgrades to the skincare can always be made at any time.

Prescription products are used in order to maximise strength, results and speed. These can be shipped internationally without issue.

Once treatment commences, please allow for 1-5 days for responses if contact is made for advice. This is to allow sufficient time to come up with alternatives and go through your individual medical history to ensure that the best options are given.
